I hurt my foot a couple weeks ago which put a damper on walking/jogging and my weight loss routine I started 8 weeks ago. I was desparate to continue the eight loss progress I had made. I had already looked at a couple of Yoga studios but am a bit self conscious about being in a class full of young, fit, limber young women. As I said, I am 62 and I struggled to hold the poses. = : - ( I happened to stumble upon your weight loss yoga segment on You Tube. What an absolutely wonderful find!!!!! You are a wonderful instructor and such a cute personality! I've gleaned so much from your explantion and demo of each pose. What I love is that I can practice in the privacy of my own home and master the poses in my own time. Doing your 40 minute Weight Loss clip I noticed changes right away. Such as the way I hold my body after the session and immeidate improvements in flexability. I haven't mastered all of the moves (the high lunge) but I'm stronger in it!!! I'm on my way. Wow!!!
