Or do I let everything stay at the bottom? I tried it for 2 days. I shook it up and put a teaspoon of it mixed with a half cup of apple juice both mornings. The 3rd day I started getting a itchy rash right under my belly button, so I stopped and now 3 days later the rash is starting to go away. Did the ACV give me a rash? And again, do I shake the bottle before use?
