Hi Adrienne, Thank you for the "fresh start". I've been in a funk and in doing what polar-opposite, does NOT serve me. have been absent from yoga. Today was nice, I was kind to myself. Thank you for reminding me.

This is my first try with Adrien. I am 61 years old and had a tough time lasting the whole fresh start video. Do you have a beginner's yoga or something for people my age?

In reply to Bharti. Hi Bharti, Adriene has a playlist for Standing Yoga here. She also has a couple options for sitting on a chair. I know you said that you cannot do yoga sitting down but I thought you might be referring to sitting on the floor. So in case you can do yoga sitting in a chair here is the Seated Yoga playlist. There are a few chair yoga options that might work for you.

I am always hesitant to do the longer practices. I realize I deserve this time. I LOVED the neck and foot stretches. I will add these to perform throughout day. Definitely felt heat with all the lunges and warriors. Not a big fan of those! Nice ending "knocking on heavens door"!
Adrienne, you look thinner in this new video. Hope all is well with you. Take care of yourself!
