5 months in still at baby cobra...looking forward to being able to do full grown cobra...

I think the dog is lifting the legs from the floor while in the cobra they stay put- if you check her videos that seems to be the biggest difference. Xx

Adrienne, I love you! I discovered you a few months ago, and it's changed my life. I've wanted to take yoga classes for such a long time, but time and money were always obstacles I just couldn't seem to jump over. I love that you have so many different levels and time lengths (of videos) so I can choose something that I am in the mood for. I love the way you teach, whenever I can't do something I know that one day I'll be able to, like the way I can do plank now and in the beginning it made me really cranky how weak I felt when I tried. I was wondering if you could talk about or do a video someday for up dog, because I'm confused about the difference between up dog and cobra. Thank you so much for all you positive energy!
