After a long period of not doing yoga,I find this practice a wonderful way to reengage. I know it came out a year or so ago, and I’m very happy that it is still available! Thanks so much for helping me back to my yoga practice!

I came back to this because I needed to be more centered. Day 3 was the first day I didn’t cry from the beginning. I can tell I need more self love when that happens. Thanks for offering this to us.
