No pain afterwards. I had twins 2 1/2 years ago, now notice that I am scared to do this workout 🙁
Anyone else have diastasis recti and managing to fix it? I kinda thought that the yoga would help, am super sensible too so not doing stupid things I can feel are impossible.

He said it would exacerbate the problem. Do you have suggestions for replacement poses for say warrior and lying or sitting twists? Maybe I need to try another series or...?

Three days in to it and I look forward to these every day and feel much more satisfied when I complete a session with Adriene than I did with P90X (not to knock it, as it was the intense workout that my body craved at the time). Thank you for putting such a positive workout out here for us all to enjoy! You rock my socks, lady!
