Although I haven't had an injury, it's so similar. The opening up, the freedom from performance and "doing", the space created on the mat. This made my day brighter.

It replicates out into the world - I know I've been able to be more true to who I am and send more love out into the world thanks to your yoga videos - all these ripple effects out into the world is creating a more beautiful and loving world day by day.

I started yoga by watching your videos uploaded in YouTube. They are great. In my country, Iran, Yoga has not been properly developed. It is expensive to go to classes not to mention they are not near to my place of residence in Tehran city. So I guess what you do is a kind of charity work. Unfortunately, not all Iranians know English language but it works for me!
