In reply to Julia WK. Hi Julia, the YWA book club is now active in the FWFG Kula community site off Facebook. You can request to join the community here or at the Kula tab at the top of this page. We are no longer reading this book but we do read a variety of books and there is always someone there to discuss books, even if we aren't currently reading it. Hope to see you in there! :)

I’ve started the book and requested to join the Book Group on Facebook but not heard anything yet.
Loving the book so far particularly interested with respect to my religion - Christianity. Have heard from friends in the past that Yoga is frowned on by some fellow church goers.
Look forward to reading more.

In reply to Suzie. I recently fractured my foot so I know what you mean. I have been taking this time to do the fundamental videos, mostly sitting poses. It's been nice to really concentrate and work on getting deeper and better on those poses.

I ordered this book and can't wait for it to come. I love expanding my horizons as well as my knowledge. A friend pointed out to me something I had never thought of before but think you'll appreciate. When someone calls you a wise ass that means they think your wise otherwise they would've just called you an ass :-)
