I'm on day 11 of your 30 day yoga challenge! I can't tell you how much better I feel overall. I look forward to getting up in the morning, getting some coffee, lighting some candles and putting you channel on for an adventure in yoga. Your yoga has inspired me to get in overall shape as well.
