Adriene, your Yoga for Migraines video saved my life a few nights ago. I was just looking up photos of your co-star Blue when I came across this notice of his passing. I am truly sorry for your loss. How great that the two of you got to enjoy life together! Still tho... you must miss him. I will never forget him, and I never even met him! All best to you, girl, and keep up the good work. You are helping more people than you could ever imagine.

Hi! I've started following your videos and I just love them. You've helped me find a new way to approach the experience (my sister took me to bikram once -- I swore I'd never do yoga again)! I really want to thank you -- your videos allow me to see that yoga doesn't have to be punitive. I have a question: when I'm following your videos,in certain poses my limbs/muscles shake under the stress. Nothing crazy, just a vibration that I can't control -- is this a sign that I should ease out of the pose? Again, thanks so much!

Hi Adriene!

I love your videos, they have truly changed my home practice. I started yoga about 2 months ago at the local YMCA, but they only have classes twice a week. Your videos have allowed me to extend my practice and I'm so grateful for that. I definitely want to sign up for REBOOT. I've tried the coupon code, but it isn't working for me. Am I doing something wrong?
