Excuse my spelling, I'm not a native speaker. But I just want to say: thank you Adriene for sharing your knowledge and enthousiasm. I wanted to get started on Yoga for a while now. So happy I found you on the internet. Your video's are easy to follow, fun and the practice makes me feel good! Lots of love from Holland, hope you will continue for a long time, and than so will I.

I just wanted to thank you for these wonderful yoga videos! I am introducing my 14 year old daughter to yoga and we are using your videos to get started. I know a good teacher is so important for beginners...this is like a private instruction for her! Thank you so much Adrienne.
