I did your beginners class, plus Day 1 and 2 of 30 day challenge- Ease into Yoga. Day 1 was brilliant but day 2 I had difficulty doing the exercises and watching the tv. As life happened I let that practice slide and watched from the sidelines as it totally disappeared. I've tried and tried to return to it at different studios, to no avail. This is allowing me to return knowing, although yoga teaches that it shouldn't matter, that I can be where I am without other people wandering what in the world happened to me. Thank you!
