She is non-verbal special needs and doesn't understand life as we know it. She will be going to the OR today to have her 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed. I'm not concerned about the procedure itself but i have been consumed with guilt and negativity regarding her recovery. I really needed to reconnect with myself. Feeling this way will not help her and this practice has restored me to the Universe. Thank you so much!
