A lady in the class said to try YouTube to add to my practice.... I then found you! I have been doing this core wake up for the past 2-3 months once a week and found I improve a little each time. I love my group class each week, but also feel in a little "group" here, as you speak as though there are a few of all watching at the same time. I have recommended you to family and friends now, your following is forever growing. Good luck in all you do. I will continue to grow into a yogi (I hope)
