I keep coming back to this practice. I thoroughly enjoyed, and needed this "Yoga for the Future." On days like today, when I am not my biggest fan and I start hating on myself, I come to you - I come to this practice - to hear your words of wisdom that lift me back up to my truest self. I can, I choose, I will. I recognize the things that I cannot control, and in doing so, I recognize and embrace the things that I can control. I surrender to this mat, and to this knowledge that you have helped me gain. You are a wonderful guide, Adriene. I thank you dearly for always being there and for providing the peace of mind that I so desperately need, right when it's needed. After this difficult day, like many others, I can breathe steadily, smile within, and find my way to sleep tonight feeling refreshed and ready to wake up feeling new. Thank you, dear friend. Adriene, I just finished Yoga Revolution last week, it took me a year, because I alternated yoga with other exercise routines. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Today I did Yoga for the Future, which is my favorite so far, and I felt the need to express to you how wonderful I think your yoga programs are! You crack me up with your singing, goofy jokes, and many 80's references (how do you know all of them - you're too young!) The yoga routines are challenging, but I love the way you accommodate for people who are less stretchy (I claim to have the flexibility of a roof rack!). I'll admit whenever you "take your dog for a walk" I usually end up in child's pose, and wait for the dog to come home....but lately, I've actually been attempting Down Dog and occasionally managing to keep it up for a few seconds before collapsing in anguish to the mat! Thank you for not taking yourself too seriously, for sharing your vast knowledge and experience online for many to follow, for creating a wonderful yoga program for anyone to try. I'm a big fan! Dear Adriene, thanks for your beautiful yoga videos. I`m writing from Munich in Germany and I find your way of doing Yoga suits me perfectly! Sometimes I think there`s magic involved because it so often happens that you say the just right thing in the just right moment, even though its just a video!!!!

Dear Adriene, Have wanted to thank you for years now. I started practising with your 30 days of yoga just months before my best friend died. In the 4 years since I have separated and most recently lost my beloved brother. I don't know where I would be without your videos. Yoga has somehow carried me through these huge life experiences, I couldn't have done it without you. Thank you. Here's to the future. x
