That dog is HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!! Thankful I watched all the way. Benji is a dog after my own heart! My little old man Arlo used to have the moves, too. He's quite old and blind now, but has the heart of a 7 year old. I always say to him, remember when you used to speed around??? He is 15, love of my life. xo fellow dog mom! Glad you're enjoying the trip, and the big happy welcomes home 🙂

Oh my goodness! I loved Benji's nuts moment at the end and his crazy eyes! My border collie Finn regularly has cracker moments like that too!

Hi Adriene, I would like to thank you from my heart for making the 30 day challenge available for free to me, and for your lovely presence each day. I know it's October, but I am loving the 30 day challenge. I am going into Day 9 tomorrow - I'm in Australia so it's night time Day 8 here. Is it possible to catch up on the emails I've missed? - I've come to the webpage a bit late in the process. I am feeling slowly, little by little, like I'm waking up my physical body after so much pain in my emotional body - my mum has been battling ovarian cancer for three years and it's a rollercoaster!! I know there's more to come, but I'm hoping this practice and new habits will support me in the emotional times ahead. I am also feeling distrustful of my body - as it has ovaries just like my mum. I have been told they need to go, and I'm trying to be ok with that. Anyway - probably too much information for your preference, but it is all in order to let you know that your work is loving and supportive to me. Isn't that amazing? Across the world, and across time! Love back to you, Sam
