You are such an inspiration. Thank you for all that you are and all that you share with the world. I was wondering if you will make a video to help quit smoking and or dealing with addictions. I suffer from depression and anxiety, and struggle with addiction as a coping mechanism. I do want to take the step to make this lifestyle change. Hope you can share some tips to help.

I love your yoga videos, but haven't found one for seniors with arthritis. I am 69 years old and have arthritis in my knees, hands, feet, hips...most everywhere! I do what I can when watching your workouts, but was hoping that you might have workouts specifically for seniors with arthritis. I look forward to hearing from you!

I am missing the yoga (my body and mind and spirit obviously telling me that it's good for me and not to stop) but I have realised that I can apply the shorter yoga sessions for a warm up, and yummy cool down like this.
