You should take allergy medication more often. Great video, such good stretches.

God, what a perfect creature he is!

(Also, thank you for everything you do. You are truly something special.)

After being a 3-day eventer for 33 years, I have just had 2 lower back surgeries in 12 month. The last was a 2 level fusion 3 months ago.
I am desperate to be able to ride again and I am hoping this will be a part of that process.
Thank you!

If there was enough demand it would be amazing to have an Equestrian series! Which series would you recommend is great for Equestrians? Thankyou!!

Kristi, please consult with your medical provider about what is appropriate for you during your pregnancy. Adriene provides guidelines for the 30 days for most pregnant women, but since you have been away from your practice for a long time and you have a high-risk pregnancy, you need to take extra care and precautions and consult your doctor for guidance. Does your OB doctor provide any kinds of classes for pregnant women? Some doctors and hospitals offer prenatal yoga classes. That might be helpful. This might be a good time to build your meditation practice with Adriene's meditation videos too.

Best wishes on your pregnancy and delivery!

Sonya, be sure to follow your surgeon's advice about when and how to return to your practice. When you do return to your practice, start with slower and gentle practices and ease back in slowly and mindfully. In the beginning, avoid practices that mention core work in the description. There is a playlist on the YWA YouTube channel for Gentle Yoga. Definitely follow your doctor's guidance about when to resume core work. Best wishes on your continued healing.

I'm sorry for the pain you have been experiencing, Kreta. Individualized, in-person guidance sounds like the best next step for you at this time. Could you return to rehab and set your goal to be able to practice yoga with Adriene and work with your instructor to reach this goal? Perhaps if you are clear with your instructor about what you hope to achieve, beyond the pain relief, they will be able to help you work toward this and you will be able to return to your mat in a way that is good for your body and feels good.

I have Piriformis syndrome, a quick practice for this perhaps? Looking forward to the 2019, 30 days of yoga!!

I have MS and thought that yoga would help my body relax, energize and overall, feel better. And it did for a while until my hip (or what I though was my hip) became quite painful. Orthoped said it was NOT the hip (replacement) but my BACK! Long story short (2 late) sent to rehab (with instructor who was your clone), and she worked with me but now the pain is back BIG TIME. She told me NOT to do "dog" or "happy baby" poses. Also the "cat" is off limits as well. I have not been back to rehab since pain returned. What am I to DO? I LOVE YOU AND YOUR PROGRAM! They say I have arthritis in my back so....can yoga still help? I was very happy in body and mind when I was with you....is there hope?
