That in turn encouraged me to come back to this and the triangle foundation video (why not build from the ground up!)

Man, I was surprised how tired my arms got! Slowing down and paying closer attention to all details brings out the nuances but is valuable and sometimes difficult work! I appreciate the resources we have in these videos that allow us to come back to study and refine our practice from „step one“, even after all this time.

Hi, I recently had to stop yoga as I have frozen shoulder. Now I'm doing daily light exercises to regain movement in my shoulder. Do you have a program that would help me without too much strain?

Thank you for the amazing videos. I have a few questions, if you don't mind! I sometimes struggle t -ok, I always struggle- o understand what you mean by heart over pelvis? I know it sounds incredibly easy and logical but somehow it confuses me. My second questions regards knees! (she said knees??) when I do the table pose or other poses I feel sore there for a few days afterwards. Is there something wrong with my posture (as far as you can tell, of course!) And actually the third point is a request: I really struggle to do the runners lunge postures due to -hum- generous upper body (no thank you mother nature!). If others are like in your yoga community maybe a video without runners lunge would be great? or a "special upper body"!

I just LOVE your yoga classes. I just have one question. When I'm in table top position you say to draw my belly button towards my spine. But when I do that, I feel like I can't breathe properly. I've always learned to breath through my belly. So when I inhale my belly gets bigger. Do you have any tips how I can solve this problem?

Just a question about my yoga mat, I bought a new mat since the one I had was getting old and losing grip. However the new one I bought has an awful rubber smell and seems to have even less grip than the one I currently have? Any tips on washing or how to make it gain some grip?
