Chaitali, the Freedom Glow Flow video got disapproved on YouTube for an unknown reason. We are in the process of appealing this. This happens from time to time with the videos on YouTube. In the meantime, non-members can view this video on the FWFG Yoga membership site here: https://yogawithadriene.vhx.tv/videos/freedom-glow-yoga-flow. We will get it back on YouTube as soon as we can.

I second that! Cosmic kids is way too young for my students (4th graders!) and I would love to do short 10-15 minutes workouts with them. We have been working on foundation stretches and poses and are ready for more!!
