I signed up for the 30 day of truth yoga. It's the first time I will do yoga every day (I'm not too good with new habits...) But today i wasn't sure i could do it... it was the funeral of my 37 years old stepsister. I dit it anyway and i felt better, and then i remembered seeing this video on facebook. I just want to say THANK YOU! For helping me ease the pain. Now i feel also capable to send love and confort to her mother.

I am a 55 year old widow of 4 years getting ready to have a hip replacement surgery in November. Living without my best friend has been so hard and going through a significant surgery at this time in my life without him by my side is so weird. That's the only way I know how to put it after 22 years of being lucky enough to be married to my soulmate! I need something to relax me and help me find the sleep that keeps on running away from me.
