I have been struggling with reconnecting with my core, self & health. It makes me sad to remember how I used to be fit, light and healthy. I had strong boundaries when it came to sleep, health and movement. Life took over and I so desperately want to get back to that place of contentment and strength. The occasional runs or yoga workouts haven't been consistent within my daily life. I did most (!) of this practice today, and no, I don't feel thinner or outwardly stronger, but inside it gave me a sense of calm and confidence. I would love for you, adrienne, to make a video consisting how beautifully you live your life, connect to nature, and have a strong relationship with yourself. I know this sounds different, but you inspire me and many others. Your humble kindness and elegant strength are some qualities that many, myself included, strive for. Thank you for all you do.

This is a great practice. After a short break from my 30 day yoga journey for travel and excess, this practice showed up at the top of the page and was just what I needed. The conversation about Release, Humility and Opening were words I needed to hear.
I will come back to this practice often.
