Thank you. I can't tell you how much your yoga practise gives me. I feel so nurtured and gladdened. It enables me to live when at times that feels very hard.

I am struggling to find myself after the recent death of my husband. I have been a YWA member for many years. I came across this video today . It was what I needed to move forward today. I am using Yoga for grief therapy. Thank you Adrienne for being there during this most challenging time.

Admittedly it has been awhile since my last practice and this video seemed like the best way to forgive myself for that. "Yoga for forgiveness" was exactly what I needed and I'm looking forward to yoga again tomorrow. Thank you for this practice Adriene!
