When our son was a baby, he used to grab his feet and put his toes to his face. I said to my wife that if we kept doing that every day, he would grow up being flexible. We did not, and he is not. And neither am I. 25 years ago I could fold one leg in and stretch to touch the toes of the outstretched leg. Today I can barely fold. But time and practice and patience are my friends.

I truly appreciate the practice today, restorative and challenging and reminding me of the reason I am doing this.

And thank you, thank you for the extra "Relax, release, let go" at the end. It was a wonderful wrap up.

That’s what I love about yoga, there is something for every mood. This was just the ticket for me today!
I love your videos Adriene! I have looked at many sites but I haven’t kept my practise up because of the duration of the videos.
Now I’m back on the trail! Practising twice a day

I love all of these videos, but this was so awesome! I loved the mantra, the relaxation, the music--everything! I am definitely going to go back to Day 24 again and again!

Thank you so much for this 30 day practice. It is getting me back to my old self and my body and mind could not be happier. I am having trouble with the Day 24 video. I have tried a handful of times of different days and the video freezes after 7 seconds and will not advance. I have had no trouble with the other videos. I don't know if it is a problem on my end or if it is the video itself and wondered if anyone else was having a problem. But overall, I LOVE this series. Thank you so much.
