I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis a year and a half ago, and when I went to a yoga class after my first relapse I was extremely vulnerable because of how much my MS had affected my balance. I haven't gone back to any classes since and hadn't conducted a full session of yoga until your videos.

Your videos have helped me get back into yoga in my own space and do what feels comfortable. Thank you for making these YouTube videos - it means a lot. Namaste.
