NBD. Been there done that.<\/p>\n<p>But for me - this is a success story.<\/p>\n<p>All jokes aside, it was a success and everyone at my table enjoyed it! High in fiber, antioxidants and other big vitamins &amp; still comforting (and filling) like your favorite pasta. I baked mine and enjoyed making a sauce, a salad and some comfort bread while it was in the oven. It didn't take a lot of time and it felt good to slow down and warm up the house a bit during this busy time.<\/p>\n<p>Comfort Italian night - never felt so good.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>The recipe:<\/h5>\n<h5>1 spaghetti squarsh (I got a big ol organic one and it was quite affordable)<\/h5>\n<h5>olive oil<\/h5>\n<h5>salt and pepper<\/h5>\n<h5>marinara sauce (DIY or out of the jar)<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 450<span style=\"color: #252525;\">\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Chop your squarsh in half (be careful)<\/p>\n<p>Scoop out the seeds and guts with a spoon<\/p>\n<p>Drizzle a bit of oil on your squash<\/p>\n<p>Add a little salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>Place face down in baking dish<\/p>\n<p>Bake for 40 min or until squash is nice and soft<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once soft, take a fork to it. Be careful, it will be hot.<\/p>\n<p>Stroke your squash with the fork \u00a0- creating your noodles and place in a bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Toss noodles in sauce or spoon your marinara on top. Yogi's choice.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy with a crisp and leafy salad!<\/p>\n<p>Add fresh parmesan if you like!<\/p>\n<p>Serve with fresh basil &amp; \u00a0bread for added comfort.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/yogawadriene.wpengine.com\/cant-believe-spaghetti\/ssquash\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2589\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-2589\" src=\"http:\/\/yogawadriene.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/ssquash--1152x897.jpg\" alt=\"ssquash\" width=\"1152\" height=\"897\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Always cook with love and good vibes.
