But I also want to make sure we are clear on the intention and the true root importance of investigating the process of getting back to one\u2019s truest self.<\/p>\n<p>And falling in love with that.<\/p>\n<p>Over and over again.<\/p>\n<p>I think when pool season comes we are programmed to do the opposite.<\/p>\n<p>At least in my culture.<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps we can use our mission of <em>Find What Feels Good<\/em> and the amazing growth of the YWA community to come up with a way to inspire movement and self love in a way that truly feels supportive of who you are and what your beautiful body looks like.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019ve got it, flaunt it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>I think that the tools of yoga have the power to do both.<\/p>\n<p>Naturally, the more you practice - \u00a0the more you fall deeply in love with\u2026 your bod, your breath, your moves, your grooves, your curves, your lurves (no clue) and your all around awareness &amp; attitude.<\/p>\n<p>With each practice we have a chance to dig at our true essence and I think true self-acceptance and love is so very vital in that journey feeling good.<\/p>\n<p>So \u2013 get that body that makes you feel good by loving your body <em>NOW<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy the ride and I am going to remind you that I\u2019m right here with you to help you make it fun and feel supported!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This weekend we gear up for a month of <em>EMPOWERMENT<\/em> and body movin'.<\/p>\n<p><strong>#EMPOWER30<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I am doing 30 Days of <a href=\"http:\/\/yogawadriene.wpengine.com\/empower\/\">EMPOWER<\/a> and I\u2019m inviting you to join!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/yogawadriene.wpengine.com\/empower\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-2972\" src=\"http:\/\/yogawadriene.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/empower-sidebar-ad.jpg\" alt=\"empower-sidebar-ad\" width=\"332\" height=\"429\" srcset=\"https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/empower-sidebar-ad.jpg 332w, https:\/\/yogawithadriene.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/empower-sidebar-ad-232x300.jpg 232w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 332px) 100vw, 332px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Empower is my version of Power Yoga and a fun way to kick your booty mindfully and with a sense of self-love and play. For me, those are the qualities of yoga that bring you back to your mat each day.
