If you'd like to receive messages like this directly to your inbox every week (more or less) please sign up in the sidebar on the right.<\/div>\n<p class=\"p1\">Hello my friends,<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">A new month is here and after a lot of travel this year, I am setting out to reconnect to my wellness rituals and attempt to gain balance in all things. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">November Wellness is ours. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">As the season changes I find myself ready to check in and reconnect to what \u201cwellness\u201d feels like for me - now. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Mind and body. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Plus, let\u2019s face it, it\u2019s not a bad time to boost the immunity. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Eat with the season, if possible. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Cook more. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">With my travel done for the year I have no excuse not to commit to a regular morning regime of yoga and mindfulness. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Thus - I am taking on 21 Days of Rise and rocking my November Whole Living Wellness. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I want to hear Ru Paul say that last line. I hear myself saying it in her voice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Who want\u2019s to rock some wellness rituals with me this month?<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>21 Days Of Rise<\/b> begins November 5th and runs through the 25th. Our mission ends just before the Thanksgiving holiday for a few of us, but we can all celebrate with gratitude, whether we are doing a Thanksgiving holiday or not. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">If you don\u2019t have the <a href=\"https:\/\/yoga-with-adriene.myshopify.com\/collections\/online-yoga-classes\/products\/rise-morning-yoga\" target=\"_blank\">RISE program<\/a> (yet) - I got you. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Here are some options:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Do 21 Days of any yoga video or freestyle yoga.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Set another intention centered around November Wellness for 21 consecutive days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Try the amazing <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/yogawadriene.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/FWFG-Foundations-November.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Foundations Of Yoga<\/a><\/strong> calendar made by kula member <a href=\"http:\/\/recipesredesigned.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sarah B<\/a>! Another kula member Jennifer H. who started a little YWA monthly challenge last month said it best, \u201cBeginners will learn proper alignment as the basis for finding what feels good and intermediate\/advanced practitioners know that one always benefits from going back to the basics. The challenge is short enough to include on top of the RISE challenge, 30 days of yoga challenge, or your own personal practice.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I include her words, not my own, to remind you that we are a community full of teachers! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">All of us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">And so you can see how hard the online group rocks. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I will be posting each day in the Find What Feels Good Kula in an effort to keep us connected and communicating. This has turned out to be the best way to hold ourselves accountable to our goal - and a very healthy way to get inspired and stay motivated. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The conversation is open to all in the group - not just those doing 21 Days Of Rise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">The goal - to rock November Wellness and motivate each other to connect, find what feels good &amp; plug in to what our needs are this month. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Use your downloadable calendar to mark your progress. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Say yes to November Whole Living Wellness. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Say yes to 21 Days Of RISE.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Let\u2019s do this!<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Love, <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Adriene<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">PS- You guys have no idea how many irons are in the YWA fire.
