Feel Great.<\/p>\n<p>Today's practice is a yummy and restorative session.<\/p>\n<p>Continue to build awareness and find ease through pranayama.<\/p>\n<p>For today\u2019s practice, choose to let go of the things that feel hard, tight or restricted.<\/p>\n<p>Two rules of thumb today:<\/p>\n<p>1. <strong>Breathe your ass off.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Keep returning to your breath.<br \/>Exercise that muscle of returning to your breath, your spirit.<br \/>Inhale to fill your cup.<br \/>Exhale to let of of tension and stress.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Enjoy\u2026 your ass off.<\/strong><br \/>Relax, connect to subtle body AND the big picture.
