He reminds me to see the playful side of things and to stay active. He is kind, he is sensitive and his favorite pose is Downward Dog with Upward Facing Dog following with a close second. He really likes Reverse Triangle Pose too! (Just kidding, no one likes Reverse Triangle.)<\/p>\n<p>Blue loves to be involved in the action. He has made several\u00a0appearances\u00a0on the show. Most notably in the Halloween Episode- <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=eSeRjoolN2A&amp;list=PLui6Eyny-UzyugJTu3l1YFL0k3nGIlaz9&amp;index=10\" target=\"_blank\">Corpse Pose<\/a>\u00a0and of course in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=j97SSGsnCAQ&amp;list=PLui6Eyny-UzyugJTu3l1YFL0k3nGIlaz9&amp;index=12\" target=\"_blank\">Downward Facing Dog.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Blue often lays on the mat before we shoot and he is constantly finding a place (usually in the middle) to snuggle on my mat when I am floating through my personal practice.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_512\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yogawithadrien.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-52.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-512\" class=\"size-large wp-image-512\" alt=\"Blue and I practice with Shiva Rea \" src=\"http:\/\/yogawithadrien.wpengine.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/photo-52-1024x716.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"716\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-512\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Blue and I practice with Shiva Rea<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I love my sweet Blue Heeler. I cherish him and thank the heavens for his companionship, his\u00a0loyalty\u00a0and deep abiding love. Play! Play! Follow Blue's advice and don't forget to play!<\/p>\n<p>So there we have it. Its done. It will never happen again.
